I did it! I came up with my first exercise circuit, and did it last night! I will do it twice each week. It will possibly build from there, but we’ll see. If I do too much too fast, I’ll quit, and I’m enjoying exercise right now so want to keep with the momentum I have.
It isn’t terribly difficult, but pushes me. And it certainly gets me off the couch. So here’s my circuit!
25 jumping jacks
30 second plank
Repeat 3 times.
I hate burpees. But I want to prove to myself that if I do them, they will get easier.
