Weekly Weigh-In

Ugh…is it morning already?? I was hoping for a great night’s sleep last night. I slept okay, but definitely not great. It’s going to be a long day!

As I was expecting, the scale was up today. It was up 5 pounds! Eek! I haven’t been drinking water like I should be, and probably consuming too much salt. So hopefully with getting back to cleaner eating and more water, those pounds will drop quickly.

I’ve been putting it off and enjoying my coffee, but it’s time to get showered and ready for the day. I’m too tired to have anything coherent to say anyway. 🙂
